Welcome. This website is published by the ISKCON Kirtan Ministry to encourage, educate and empower Harinama sankirtana in every town and village. By browsing this site, downloading our festival materials, subscribing to our newsletter or submitting a celebration report, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with them, please simply do not use the site.

These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the information you share with us.

1. Using this website

You are warmly welcome to read, print, quote and share the material on this site for personal, devotional and non-commercial preaching purposes, with credit to the ISKCON Kirtan Ministry. When using this site, please do not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, its database or any account;
• upload anything containing a virus, malicious code or automated spam;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the site;
• post or submit anything unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or offensive to Vaishnava sensibilities;
• impersonate another devotee, temple or organisation, or claim to represent ISKCON or this Ministry without authorisation.

We may suspend access, remove content or decline a submission if these terms are not honoured.

2. Festival Resource Usage

The posters, banners, hoardings, social media creatives and layered PSD files offered on our Festival Resources page were made to be used. They are offered free of charge to temples, congregations, communities and individual devotees so that the Holy Name can be advertised everywhere.

You are free to

• download any of the files and use them to promote World Holy Name Festival 2026;
• print them in any quantity, at any size, for your temple, your street and your city;
• share them on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and any other channel;
• open the PSD files and add your own local details — your temple or community name, address, programme schedule, contact number, QR code and the names of local organisers;
• translate the text into your local language;
• reuse the same artwork for your temple’s own Harinama and kirtan programmes throughout the year.

Please do not

• sell the materials, license them, or charge anyone more than the actual cost of printing;
• alter the artwork, the wording, the ISKCON or Ministry logos, or the festival branding in any way that misrepresents ISKCON, the ISKCON Kirtan Ministry, the GBC, or the festival itself;
• use the materials to promote anything unrelated to the World Holy Name Festival or Harinama sankirtana;
• use them in commercial advertising, or place unrelated commercial sponsor branding on them;
• redistribute the PSD files as your own template, stock artwork or design product, or claim authorship of the artwork;
• use the artwork, and especially the images of the Deities and of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and Srila Prabhupada within it, in any disrespectful or trivial context.

If your intended use is not covered above, please write to us first — we would far rather say yes to a question than object to a finished poster.

3. Submitting a celebration report

When you send us a report through the Reports page, you confirm and agree that:

• the details you give — temple, location, dates, numbers of events, participants and hours — are true to the best of your knowledge;
• you own the photographs you upload, or you have permission from the photographer and from the devotees shown in them;
• you grant the ISKCON Kirtan Ministry a free, worldwide, non-exclusive and ongoing permission to publish, reproduce, translate and share your report and photographs for festival and Ministry preaching purposes;
• the Ministry reviews every report before publishing it, and is not obliged to publish any submission;
• the Ministry may lightly edit a report for length, spelling and clarity, and may select which photographs to show;
• the Ministry may remove a published report at any time, and will remove it promptly if you ask.

What happens to the personal details in your submission is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

Except where stated otherwise, the text, design, artwork, photographs and video on this site belong to the ISKCON Kirtan Ministry or to the devotees who contributed them.

“ISKCON” and “International Society for Krishna Consciousness”, together with the associated names, emblems and marks, belong to ISKCON and are used here as an official ministry of the Society. Please do not use them in a way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Verses, translations and purports from the books of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada are the copyright of the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust and are reproduced here for devotional and educational purposes. All rights in those texts remain with the BBT, and their own terms apply to any further reuse.

5. Donations

Donations shown on our Donate page are voluntary offerings in support of the Ministry’s service. They are not payment for goods, services, membership or access to anything on this site.

• Offerings are used for the Ministry’s preaching activities — the World Holy Name Festival, kirtan education and training, resources for temples, and Harinama sankirtana support worldwide.
• Because they are offerings rather than purchases, donations are non-refundable. If a transfer was made in error, write to us at once and we will do our best to help.
• Donations are made by direct bank transfer; this website does not process payments and never asks for card or banking credentials.
• We make no representation about whether an offering is tax-deductible in your country. Please check locally.

6. Links to other websites

This site links to temple websites, ISKCON bodies, video platforms and other resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

This website is offered as a service to devotees, and is provided “as is”. We take real care to keep it accurate, but festival dates, programme details, temple contacts and downloadable files may change or contain errors, and the site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Files are offered for download in good faith; please scan downloads with your own security software as you would with any file from the internet. Guidance on this site about kirtan practice and standards is offered for devotional education, not as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the ISKCON Kirtan Ministry, its officers, servants and volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site, from reliance on its content, or from the use of any file downloaded from it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. The spirit in which these terms are given

These terms are not written in a mood of confrontation. They exist for one practical reason: so that the Holy Name is presented respectfully, so that the devotees who send us their photographs know exactly what will happen to them, and so that the artwork made for this festival is used to glorify Krishna rather than to sell something.

If a disagreement ever arises, we ask that you first write to us directly, in a Vaishnava mood, so that it can be settled personally and amicably. In our experience almost everything can be. Where a matter cannot be resolved that way, it will be dealt with through the appropriate ISKCON authorities and, if necessary, under the law applicable at the Ministry’s place of operation in India.
