Preaching Program at Sri Maha Muthu Mariamman Temple (Sri Jagannath Mandir, Kuala Lumpur)

Hare Krishna, dear devotees.

In celebration of the World Holy Name Festival 2024, SJMKL organized a preaching program at the Shah Alam Sri Maha Muthu Mariamman Temple on 21st September 2024, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

The event commenced with the singing of the *Hare Krishna bhajan*, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. Following this, *H.G. Shanti Rupa Mataji* delivered an inspiring spiritual discourse in Tamil, highlighting the glories of the Holy Name.

Approximately 100 participants including devotees engaged in a group chanting (*japa*) session, completing one round together, which was followed by a joyful *Nagara Sankirtan* procession around the temple compound. The program concluded with the partaking of sumptuous *prasadam* by all new comers. We distributed 1 Bhagavad Gita and 9 chanting beads to the attendees.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who participated and contributed to the success of this event.

 Sri Maha Mariamman Golden Temple

Hare Krishna, dear devotees.

In celebration of the World Holy Name Festival 2024, SJMKL organized a Harinam at the Maha Mariamman Temple in Bandar Kinrara on *27th September 2024, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.*

The event began with devotees taking to the streets for Harinam, but the rain quickly brought us back to the temple. There, we were warmly welcomed by the temple president, who invited us to lead a Kirtan in conjunction with the Puratasi celebrations. A special Arati was performed for Sita, Ram, Lakshman, and Hanuman. Despite an engagement ceremony happening at the same time, the guests enthusiastically joined in singing and chanting Hare Krishna, making the atmosphere even more joyous. We also conducted a Nagara Sankirtan around the temple, and the response from everyone was heartwarming.

Approximately 20 devotees participated in the program. Ekadasi prasadam was distributed, and even the temple guests relished it, with many returning for second helpings! The event was a wonderful demonstration of the Lord’s reciprocation with His devotees.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who attended and contributed to the success of this event.

Harinam at Devi Sri Maha Mariamman temple on 28th September 2024.

The Harinam was conducted around the temple. Devotees encouraged attendees to chant the holy name and participate in fortunate people campaign. 150pax of prasadam were distributed

8 Hours Kirtan on 22nd September 2024 in the pleasure of Sri Sri Radha Krishna Kanhaiya

Harinam on 21st September 2024 at Raja Uda. We had 10 devotees hitting the street chanting and was joined by many that was also attending the 9 emperors parade.

 ISKCON Taiping (Gokul Namhatta, Kulim)

Kirtan Program on 22nd September. Many devotees attended and other Yatra devotees also joined in the celebration and made a joyful environment in our Namahatta.

Harinam on 21st September 2024 at Little India, Taiping. Devotees gathered around 5pm. We started our Harinam and our devotees went around encouraging people to chant. Members of the public was reciprocating well with us which made the whole Harinam experience very special.

 ISKCON Senai, Johor

We had visits from SJKT Ladang Pasak, Kota Tinggi. Students, Teachers and some parents came and enjoyed their time and prasad at ISKCON Senai. We had brief explanations on Srimati Tulasi Devi and Srimad Bhagavad Gita.

Total of 9 Bhagavad Gita, and 26 small books were distributed.

All of them wonderfully chanted Holyname in conjunction of World Holy Name week and took a group photo before leaving.

Our weekly Sankirtan was indeed more exciting as it was World Holy Name festival! We went around distributing books and encouraging the public to chant Hare Krishna Mahamantra.

We had a temple program, close to 75 nepali n bengoli potential devotees attend our weekly bengoli & nepali session today. More blissfull with the presence of Singapore Bengoli preachers especially during this World Holy Name Festival.

Ratha Yatra was conducted on 21st September 2024, by ISKCON Taman Sentosa. Beautiful arrangements was made to receive Their Lordships. 200+ devotees and well-wishers have attended the event. Melodious Kirtan filled the whole environment! 200 plates of prasadam were distributed. Spreading the holy name during World Holy Name Festival!
