Our goal of ‘the World Holy Name Week celebration’ was inspiring new comers, self-purification as well as to help others to dive deep in the chanting and kirtan with prayerful mood. Everyday most of us chanted extra rounds; starting from 2 rounds to 64 rounds daily.
Every day in the morning we were gathering on Japa zoom call from 6 to 8, this helped all to chant together.
On Wednesday 18th Sep we had HG Premvilas Pr from Ohio who spoke on ’Power of Holy Name’ and helped all of us to deep dive in understanding the importance of Holy Name.
On Sunday 22nd Sep we had HG Kripamoya Pr (Disciple of HDG ACBSP) who spoke on ‘Inspired to Chant Everyday’, this inspirational talk helped all to take chanting more seriously and many committed to chant regularly.
As it is said in this year’s ‘World Holy Name banner’- “Srila Prabhupada wants you to chant for love and peace” – we really felt that this year’s World Holy Name week has increased our love for other devotees and our love for the Holy Name.
Below is the report for all congregation members who committed to chanting every day. In all 1454 Hare Krishna Mahamantra rounds were committed by 105 devotees.
